Prospects are beginning to announce commitment dates as we approach the height of the recruitment cycle.

Defensive lineman Daevin Hobbs has been a name that Tennessee fans have grown familiar with.

The defensive lineman was in Neyland Stadium for Tennessee’s wins against Florida and Alabama. He has been impressed with the Volunteers’ program.

“They are moving the direction of their program around into a new and good direction,” Hobbs told ON3

Hobbs is ranked as the No. 95 prospect in the class of 2023. The 6-foot-4 and 262-pound four-star prospect attends Jay M. Robinson High School in Concord, NC.
