The 5-foot-10 and 184-pound was also in Knoxville for Tennessee’s victory against Florida.
Following his visit on Saturday, Carter received a “crystal ball” from Steve Wiltfrong, projecting the junior would commit to Tennessee.
Carter recently made waves on Tennessee fans’ twitter, as the prospect was sporting Tennessee gear as he played in one of his high school games.
