There was plenty on the line when Tennessee traveled to Georgia to take on the Bulldogs. A potential SEC Eastern Division championship, which could mean a berth in the SEC Championship Game, a possible College Football Playoff invite and simply beating a traditional rival were all reasons to get amped up.
Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett had another. Someone had apparently shared his phone number on social media. That’s why he held his hand next to his head as if he were on the phone after scoring the first touchdown of the game on Saturday, which gave Georgia a 7-3 lead over the Vols.
STETSON. UNREAL.

Bennett addressed the issue after the game:

Whatever the motivation was, it worked. Georgia beat Tennessee 27-13.
