Tennessee Looking to Add Another QB Recruit

Tennessee won’t have any shortage of quarterbacks anytime soon.

Tennessee has been after class of 2025 quarterback Cutter Boley, and seems to be making headway.

“My interest (in Tennessee) has always been very high, even last year,” Boley told Chad Simmons of ON3. “The way they’re running their offense this year, obviously, Hendon (Hooker)‘s gotten a lot more comfortable. You’re able to see their complete offense and I love the pace they play at, how fast they go. I also love the coaching staff. I feel like I’ve gotten really connected with all of them and I know all of them on a personal level. That’s probably the coaching staff I’m closest to from any school and I really enjoy spending time down there.”

Josh Heupel was one of the first coaches to give Boley a chance. The Volunteers extended Boley a scholarship offer in June.

Boley has also visited Penn State and Michigan this year. The young four-star seems high on the Nittany Lion.

Boley is ranked as the No. 4 quarterback in the class of 2025. The 6-5 and 203-pound prospect attends Lexington Christian Academy in Lexington, KY.

Before transferring to Lexington Christian Academy, Boley threw for 1,391 yards and 11 TDs on 83-for-165 passing during his freshman season at Hodgenville (KY) Larue County.
