The Real McCoy
The 6-foot-6, 245-pound McCoy attends Tupelo High School in Tupelo, Mississippi. In his freshman year he racked up 70 tackles, 9 tackles for loss, and 6 sacks. Tupelo went 13-1 that season, recording their only loss in the semifinals to the subsequent state champions, Starkville High. McCoy also shines on the basketball court.
