No one has to convince the organizers of the Reese’s Senior Bowl that Tennessee quarterback Hendon Hooker is worthy of Heisman Trophy consideration. They’re all on board. That why Hooker was named the game’s offensive player of the week on Monday.
Hooker completed 22-of-28 passes for 349 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-33 win over Florida on Saturday. He also ran for 112 yards and a touchdown.
Jim Nagy, who is the executive director of the annual event, shared this Twitter thread showcasing a trio of plays that Hooker made against the Gators.
