Tennessee’s loss at South Carolina isn’t slowing the Vols down on the recruiting trail.
The Vols picked up a commitment on Sunday and may have even bigger recruiting news set to break. Four-star defensive lineman Tomarrion Parker from Central High School in Phenix City, AL, announced on Sunday that he would announce his decision at 9 a.m. EST on Monday.
Parker, 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, has long expressed interest in the Vols, as well as Clemson and Penn State. While Tennessee has long been in the hunt, most believe the Tigers are the team to beat.
The Vols already picked up a commitment from running back Khalifa Keith, who announced his pledge on Sunday. Known as a power runner, the 6-foot-1, 225-pound athlete was also considering Kentucky.
