Former Vols safety Fred White made his weekly Friday appearance on the show and talked about Joe Milton III, the outlook for the 2023 Vols and the leadership of the UT teams in the 1990s. He made the case that Milton should enter spring ball as the starter at quarterback because of what he’s done so far, although that doesn’t mean he’ll stay the starter.
